Whiny Moanin Nostalgia Critic

This is the Nostalgia Critic when he was reviewing the uber-panned "Turbo: A Power Rangers Movie", Rita Repulsa emerged from her Dumpster and unleashed it upon the World forcing Zordon (Played by Malcolm Ray) to Recruit him to completely Ruin the movie for everyone in order for it to lose power, As I did before with the Linkara Zeo costume I upgraded Nostalgia Critic's Ranger suit to 1995 Movie style but I kept the tie, However I have no clue how to make the Sharpie Goatee on the Mouthplate and I couldn't get the hair (Or lack thereof) Quite right so I reused the hair I used on Phillip Boyce in the "Those who have Boldly Gone" Deviation.
