The Crimson Spider
Dom Oranzi's alter ego, the redoubtable Crimson Spider, His Symbiotic  costume provides him with the proportionate abilities of a spider as a result of being the symbiote being the great-grandchild of the Venom Symbiote.

Dom Oranzi
Our Not-so-mild mannered, highly intellegent, sometimes volitile hero of the game.

Dr. Carolyn Trainer
Now reformed, Doctor Carolyn Trainer is using her knowledge of virtual reality to benefit humanity.

Eddie Brock
One of Dom's main enemies, not knowing that Dom was with him in the crowd, he became convinced that Dom stole Trainer's Newest invention.

Barney Bushkin
The Head Honcho of the Daily Globe, His mission in life is to discredit and Slander the Crimson Spider's Good name.

Scream
Donna Diego also known as Scream is the Crimson Spider's girlfriend who is aware of his true identity.

"Henchmen"
Hmmm, Not too friendly indeed, this henchmen only serves his master to get paid

Emerald Dragon Thug
A Member of the Emerald Dragon crime syndicate, a group that employs high tech in their heists.

Scorpion
Carmilla Black was a homeless teenage girl who was given an opportunity to make a name for herself by taking down the Crimson Spider, she was turned into a scorpion based superhuman. Now she Blames Bushkin for having what she was told to be a temporary biograft permanently fused to her spine.

Daredevil
After Matt Murdock was paralyzed from the waist down in a shooting he needed to choose a successor, Raymond Connor was chosen after Matt heard that he went through an accident similar to his own. Matt called up his old mentor Stick to help train Ray to become the next Daredevil.

NYPD Officers
Ah, New York's finest, at the moment they're under orders to bring in the Crimson Spider, Dead or Alive.

A union of Eddie Brock and Toxin Symbiote, He is easily one of the Crimson Spider's foes of all time, Toxin hates the Crimson Spider so much he will do almost anything to ruin his life.

One of the Lizard's failed experiments that live in the sewers of New York City.

The Komodo
Melati Kasuma is a double tranfemoral amputee and a brilliant scientist who swiped the cross-species serum that turned Curt Connors into the Lizard and modified it to work with her genetic code granting her the restoritive properties while at the same time keeping her mind.

Bob Oranzi
Bob Oranzi is the older Brother of Dom Oranzi, He was the first person aside from Toxin to figure out his Brother's secret.

SYMBIOTES, These twisted beasts can be so vicious, they could only come from one place.

Mysterio
Francis Klum was the third person to take the mantle of Mysterio, He was thought to be dead after a while but survived his seemingly fatal injury with an emergency heart transplant. He uses tricks of both his and Quentin Beck's trades to baffle the Crimson Spider with hypnotics, narcotics, hallucinogens and robotics.

Punisher
After his family was gunned down by his corrupt friends, Frank Castle has dedicated himself to a one man war on crime.
Donna Diego
The host of the Scream symbiote and Dom's girlfriend.

Lady Octopus
The not so reformed mastermind behind this insidious plot Lady Octopus, who was a favored student of Doctor Octopus, she dons the tentacles once again to strike fear into New York.

"Carnage"
A replica of the original Carnage, This one is a symbiote bonded with a brain dead hospital patient.

Lady Carnage
The strangely seductive, superpowered Symbiote Lady Octopus. She was formed when the Carnage Replicant left it's previous host body to save the life of Lady Octopus after she activated the self destruct in the underwater base.

Captain America
Samuel Wilson took the mantle of Captain America after the Super-Soldier serum in Steve Rogers' bloodstream was neutralized.
