Actor Bernard Cribbins has passed away at the age of 93, He's best known to Doctor Who fans as portraying Companion Donna Noble's Grandfather Wilfred "Wilf" Mott before becoming a companion himself in The Tenth Doctor's final episode "The End of Time", He recently reprised the role when filming the 60th anniversary season of Doctor Who. I personally won't be surprised if they have a memorial title card to honor him at the start of the 60th anniversary season.
